I'm the founder of Essence Care Connections. Before I helped families find the right community, I spent years at the bedside as an LVN — managing medications, coordinating with physicians, and seeing firsthand what a good care match actually looks like, and what a bad one costs a family.
Most placement services are run by salespeople. Mine is run by a clinician. That means when I tell you a community can genuinely meet your loved one's needs, it's based on a real assessment — not a sales quota.
My service is always free to families. I'm compensated by communities only after a successful placement, and I'll always tell you exactly how.
